Join our Star TrekTM Fleet Command team as a Product Marketing Manager, helping shape how one of mobile gaming’s deepest, most enduring, and most community-driven live-service experiences is understood, experienced, and adopted by millions of players worldwide. This role sits at the intersection of Product, Live Operations, Marketing, Community, Campaigns, and Player Experience.

What You Will Do

Own the player-facing narrative for Star Trek Fleet Command, translating product strategy into clear, compelling experiences that help players understand not just what we’re building, but why it matters. Develop positioning, own go-to-market strategy, create messaging frameworks, build launch materials, guide creative development, and coordinate cross-functional teams to bring new features, seasonal content, technical improvements, and major Star Trek moments to life.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Go-to-Market, Integrated Marketing, or related roles within games, entertainment, technology, or digital products
• Experience working on live-service or free-to-play games
• Familiarity with player lifecycle marketing, CRM, audience segmentation, and experimentation
• Experience partnering with analytics teams to evaluate player behavior, feature adoption, and commercial performance
• Experience working with licensed entertainment brands or franchise partners
• Familiarity with creative production pipelines and integrated campaign development
• Passion for strategy games, mobile games, or live-service products
• Knowledge of Star TrekTM and an appreciation for its characters, stories, and passionate global community
