Data Analyst

Role Overview

Contribute to the overall success of Human Resources by transforming data into reliable, clear visualizations and actionable analysis that strengthen decision-making and operational management.

What You Will Do

Design and maintain information reports and dashboards, analyze trends and variations, strengthen data quality and traceability, and accompany Human Resources data changes through impact analysis, validations, documentation, testing, and adoption of new processes or solutions.

The ideal candidate will have experience in reporting, data analysis, and visualization, data quality, continuous improvement, or process transformation, and advanced Excel skills and experience with Power BI or other business intelligence and visualization tools.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analysis, Engineering, Systems, Statistics, Business Administration, Economics, Human Resources, or related field.
  • Experience in reporting, data analysis, and visualization, data quality, continuous improvement, or process transformation.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with Power BI or other business intelligence and visualization tools.
  • Desirable knowledge of Power Query, data modeling, DAX, SQL, automation of flows, and Human Resources information systems.
