Role Overview

Lead the financial planning, result analysis, and P&L management of the Retail Banking Division, ensuring the correct formulation and follow-up of the Business Plan, Forecasts, Strategic Plan, and growth initiatives.

What You Will Do

Manage the Retail Banking P&L, coordinate financial and budget planning, monitor and analyze financial results, develop and evaluate Business Cases, and generate executive reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
  • 8+ years of experience in the banking sector
  • 5+ years of experience in financial planning, financial models, P&L management, productivity, and sales in financial services
  • Proven experience in Business Cases and financial viability analysis
  • Experience in managing and analyzing KPIs for performance and productivity
  • Experience in strategic leadership and management of multifunctional teams
  • Wide knowledge of Mexican banking products and trends
  • Intermediate English required; advanced desirable
