Role Overview
The selected candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and supporting Salesforce solutions for the onboarding of a new business line into the existing Commercial Salesforce ecosystem.
What You Will Do
Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions across Financial Services Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud. Build and maintain Apex classes, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, integrations, and custom applications.

Requirements
- Significant experience working within a Big 5 Bank or equivalent financial institution.
- 3-5 years of Salesforce development experience with enterprise-scale implementations.
- Extensive experience with Financial Services Cloud (FSC), Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Apex Development, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL, Salesforce Flows, Platform Events and Integration Patterns, and experience building and supporting Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security model, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and role hierarchy.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, source control, automated deployments, and DevOps practices.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Experience with Agile delivery methodologies and Jira-based project management.
- B2 English level
