Role Overview
The Business Manager Caribe is responsible for planning, coordinating and implementing strategic initiatives that allow the achievement of regional objectives of the bank, ensuring the effective execution of critical projects, alignment between countries and business lines, and process optimization to drive growth, efficiency and competitive positioning.
What You Will Do
Direct support to executive leadership, cross-functional coordination, commitment management, control and governance, analysis and decision-making, market research, and report preparation.

Requirements
- Professional degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or related fields
- More than 7 years of proven experience in the financial sector, consulting, operations, strategy, finance
- C-Level relationship, acting as a key interlocutor before executives and decision-makers
- Strategic consulting and project management
- Negotiation with institutional clients and strategic counterparts
- Results-oriented, strategic thinking and executive communication skills
- Solid knowledge in corporate finance and financial analysis, design and optimization of organizational structure, project management, database management, financial modeling, and Microsoft Office
