Strategic Finance Associate, GTM

Role Overview

Finance at Scribe isn’t a back-office function — it’s where the Company’s biggest decisions get made. This team shapes how we allocate time, resources, and investment across the business. We are looking for someone with sharp business instincts, financial acumen, and an ownership mindset to help lead this work for our revenue org.

What You Will Do

Work on some of our most critical business questions, using data to influence key strategic decisions and building models with a high degree of quality and accuracy. Define, track and report on key GTM KPIs, building dashboards, monitoring performance and communicating insights to stakeholders.

You’ve spent 2+ years in FP&A, strategic finance, corporate finance, investment banking, private equity, or management consulting, and you’re ready to own outcomes rather than support them. You build models that hold up to scrutiny, and you catch the error in the spreadsheet before anyone else does.

Requirements

• 2+ years in FP&A, strategic finance, corporate finance, investment banking, private equity, or management consulting
• sharp business instincts, financial acumen, and an ownership mindset
• working knowledge of GAAP and SaaS revenue recognition
• ability to write and speak clearly enough that leadership trusts the story behind your numbers
• genuine excitement about AI tooling and actively building it into how you work
