Assistant CRM Manager

Role Overview

We’re looking for an Assistant CRM Manager to join our growing CRM team. The role will support the delivery of our customer retention strategy across email, SMS, and app push, reporting to the Senior CRM Manager.

What You Will Do

The Assistant CRM Manager will plan, brief, build, schedule, and deploy email campaigns in Klaviyo, identify customer segments, and use customer insight to tailor campaign content and targeting.

Requirements

• 3+ years’ previous experience in a CRM, Email Marketing or Retention Marketing role
• Strong working knowledge and experience of Klaviyo
• 3+ years’ experience building and deploying email campaigns from end to end
• Excellent attention to detail and strong QA processes
• Analytical mindset with confidence interpreting performance data
• Strong organisational and project management skills
• Confidence presenting to stakeholders
• Commercial understanding of e-commerce and customer retention
