Senior FP&A Analyst

The FP&A Senior Financial Analyst plays a key role on Seacoast Bank’s Financial Planning & Analysis team, contributing to corporate and departmental initiatives, driving budget development, line of business performance management, and systems implementations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of related experience with financial institutions in Finance/Accounting
• MBA or Master’s Degree in Finance or Accounting
• Strong understanding of bank FTP, capital and cost allocation methodologies
• Advanced financial modeling experience
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Intermediate Power BI development skills
• Experience with Axiom Financial Reporting
• Ability to extract and analyze data from various sources
• SQL and Microsoft Excel Power Query preferred
