Marketing Manager / Associate

Role Overview

We are looking for a marketing professional who can handle both content creation and campaign execution in a remote environment. The Associate level focuses on executing tasks within a defined strategy. The Manager level owns the strategy, proposes new ideas, and reports results to leadership.

What You Will Do

Create and schedule content, write blog posts, engage with the audience, build and run marketing plans, manage email campaigns, track reach and engagement, and deliver regular performance reports.

Requirements

• University degree required
• 2+ years in a marketing role — content, social, campaigns, or similar
• English B2+ — written and spoken
• Actively uses AI tools for marketing tasks daily — intermediate level
• Familiar with at least one CRM or email marketing platform
• Available during client business hours — time zone overlap required
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setup
