Finance Operations Specialist

Role Overview

The Finance Operations Specialist will support core day-to-day financial operations, primarily responsible for payroll, accounts payable, cash-receipt, and related transactional finance activities.

What You Will Do

Responsibilities include payroll administration, accounts payable, cash and payment support, expense and credit card management, compliance and documentation, and systems and process support.

The ideal candidate will have two to four or more years of experience in payroll, accounts payable, or a similar finance operations role, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.

Requirements

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Two to four or more years of experience in payroll, accounts payable, or a similar finance operations role
• Experience with payroll and accounting systems; UKG/Kronos and MIP experience preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
