Role Overview

As a Program Management Specialist, Demand Generation, you will own the operational workflow that turns campaign plays into deployed, monitored outbound. You will be responsible for building sequences, loading target lists, and tracking execution end to end. This is an AI-first role that requires using advanced AI tools to stitch together multiple threads into one clean, efficient engine.

What You Will Do

Your core functions will include operationalizing the demand workflow, running the engine AI-first, owning list loading and task setup in Sales Loft and Salesforce, deploying cadences across pods on schedule, and monitoring execution and driving compliance.

Requirements

• AI-first demand expert
• Proven project management
• 3–5 years in demand generation operations, marketing operations, sales operations, or campaign/sequence execution
• Hands-on sequence-building experience
• Program discipline
• Service-oriented and structured
• Comfort with list building, segmentation, and data hygiene in Salesforce
• Strong reporting and analytics instincts
• Clear communicator across time zones
