Role Overview
Seeq is looking for a detail-oriented, analytical Financial Analyst to join our Finance team. In this role, you’ll play an important part in supporting our financial operations, with a particular focus on sales commissions, SaaS financial metrics, and financial reporting.
What You Will Do
Own sales commission calculations, track key SaaS financial metrics, support financial reporting, contribute to budgeting and forecasting, and improve financial processes.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
- 2+ years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, sales compensation, or financial analysis
- Hands-on experience calculating and managing sales commissions or variable compensation
- Strong Excel skills
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies
- Ability to manage recurring deadlines and work effectively within monthly and quarterly financial reporting cycles
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders
