Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, HR Analytics, or related field
- Strong hands-on experience with Power BI
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query, formulas)
- Experience in data cleaning, validation, and visualization
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to interpret complex datasets and translate them into business insights
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
