Role Overview
This is a high-impact role with direct responsibility for generating qualified seller and investor opportunities and contributing to revenue growth. The Marketing VP will own the strategy and execution of a multi-channel marketing engine that generates qualified homeowner/seller leads at scale, builds and expands our real estate investor pipeline, and improves seller and investor journeys and conversion.

Key responsibilities include team leadership, dual-audience acquisition strategy, brand and content ecosystem, conversion and funnel optimization, marketing tech, data, and operations, and strategic partnerships and expansion.

Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in marketing, performance marketing, lead generation, business development, or a related field
- Proven experience of leading a high performing Marketing team
- Proven experience building and managing multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Experience in marketing strategies for Lead generation
- Strong hands-on experience with SEO, content marketing, social media, Google Analytics/GA4, Google Ads, and Meta Ads
- Knowledge of working with CRMs such as Hubspot or Go High Level
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to improve marketing strategies and customer journeys
- Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and execute in a fast-paced environment
- Real estate, proptech, fintech, marketplace, iBuyer, wholesale, or sale-leaseback experience is a strong advantage
- MBA or degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
