GTM Engineer / GTM Operations Lead

About SendLint

SendLint is email QA for teams that send marketing campaigns. Agencies and in-house email teams upload the built email with its approved assets (the copy deck, the links and alt text, and the design), and SendLint checks every line, link, image and module against them, round after round, until the client signs off. Our AI Agent reviews the email beside the design, writes the fixes for the developer and verifies them in the next round. Every approved round gets a certificate anyone can verify.

SendLint was built by an email QA analyst who spent years doing this work by hand. The product is live with paid plans, and we’re a small team based in Toronto. Now we need someone to own how we find, win and onboard the teams it was built for.

About the Role

You’ll be our first GTM hire, working directly with the founder. This is a builder’s role: you’ll design the systems that bring in pipeline, then run them. One week that means building an outbound list of agency email leads and the sequence that goes with it; the next it means running a demo on a prospect’s own campaign, onboarding their team, and turning what they asked for into the next product request.

The scope will move as we grow and as we learn what you’re best at. If you like owning outcomes rather than tasks, and you’d rather build the workflow than wait for one, you’ll be at home here.

What You’ll Be Doing

– Building and running outbound: target lists, sequences and follow-ups for agencies, CRM and lifecycle teams, and in-house email teams

– Running demos and proof-of-concepts on prospects’ real campaigns, from first call to paid team

– Onboarding new customers: setting up their clients, brand rules and first campaigns so the first round lands well

– Owning the funnel end to end: demo runs, sign-ups, trials and conversions, and fixing the steps where people drop off

– Running launches and channels: LinkedIn, Product Hunt, directories, partnerships and paid search

– Bringing what customers say back to the product, with the evidence to act on it

What We’re Looking For

– 3+ years in a GTM role (sales, RevOps, growth, marketing ops or customer success), ideally at a B2B SaaS startup

– Hands-on with GTM tooling: Apollo, Clay, HubSpot or a similar CRM, and automation tools like Zapier or n8n

– Comfortable with data: you can build a list, clean it, measure a funnel and tell what’s working

– Clear, direct writing. Our buyers are QA leads and email producers, and they can spot fluff

– A bias for action: you ship the experiment, read the result and decide what’s next

Bonus Points

– Experience in email marketing, marketing operations or an agency (SFMC, Braze, Klaviyo, Iterable)

– Technical comfort: APIs, webhooks, light scripting or SQL

– You’ve worked at an early-stage startup or run a business of your own

Why Join SendLint

– Ownership from day one: you’re building the GTM motion, not inheriting one

– Direct line to the founder: no layers, and decisions in a day, not a quarter

– A real product with a clear buyer: teams who QA every email by hand today, and know exactly what that costs them

– Room to grow: as the team grows, this role grows into leading it

Compensation

$80,000–$110,000 CAD base, depending on experience, plus a performance bonus tied to pipeline and revenue.

Location: Remote within Canada, with regular time together in Toronto.

Job type: Full-time, permanent
