AVP, Revenue Operations

Role Overview

The AVP, Revenue Operations will build and lead the global operating model for Channel and Partner Operations, Sales Compensation, Renewals Operations, and Quote-to-Cash.

What You Will Do

Primary responsibilities include operating cadence and planning, operating model and team, Channel, Partner, and MSSP Operations, Sales Compensation, Quote-to-cash and Order Operations, Renewals, Executive reporting, AI and automation, M&A integration, and Readiness and change management.

Requirements

• 12+ years supporting Sales in an operations capacity
• 5+ years leading leaders, managing Directors and Managers across multiple functions and geographies
• High-tech industry experience
• Working knowledge of quote-to-cash mechanics
• Proven ability to build an operating model and cadence
• Experience owning or governing a revenue data model and metric definitions
• Practical experience applying AI and automation to revenue operations workflows
• Experience leading M&A integration or other large-scale transformation
