Director, Digital & Performance Marketing

Role Overview

As a Director, Digital & Performance Marketing, you will be tasked with building and scaling an AI-first performance marketing engine that drives pipeline, revenue, and growth efficiency. This role sits at the center of Revenue Marketing and directly impacts pipeline creation, conversion, and CAC efficiency.

What You Will Do

Primary responsibilities include defining and owning the digital marketing strategy, building and scaling a digital-first pipeline generation engine, and translating ICP, personas, and segmentation into actionable target audiences across channels.

Requirements

• 10 or more years of experience in B2B digital or performance marketing
• Experience in cybersecurity, cloud, or enterprise SaaS is preferred
• Proven ability to define and lead marketing strategy, not just execute campaigns
• Strong understanding of how digital marketing drives pipeline, revenue, and growth efficiency
• Deep expertise across paid media, audience targeting, and performance optimization
• Hands-on experience with AI-powered marketing tools
• Strong experience leveraging first-party and third-party intent data, account scoring and segmentation, multi-channel audience orchestration, and AI/ML-driven optimization and automation
• Proficiency with modern martech stacks (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo, Demandbase)
• Proven ability to build or transform digital functions into scalable, AI-enabled revenue engines
• Player/coach mindset with experience leading and developing teams
