CDI – Brand Partnerships Manager (H/F/X)

Sephora is seeking a Brand Partnerships Manager to lead collaboration and partnership with brands in the portfolio, negotiate objectives, and monitor the application of local agreements. The ideal candidate has a degree in business or university, at least 5 years of experience in Category Management or negotiation, and excellent analytical and digital skills.

Requirements

• Degree from a business school or university
• At least 5 years of experience in Category Management (Selective Retailing or Retail) or in negotiation (Selective Retailing or Retail)
• Good analytical and digital skills
• Excellent negotiation skills, persuasiveness, and desire to do the extra mile
• Ability to find solutions in an uncertain and complex context, results oriented
• Ability to be agile and adaptable in a European and omnichannel development context
• Good oral and public presentation skills
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
• Ability to integrate effectively into a matrix structure
• Organizational skills and thoroughness
• Fluent English
