Financial Analyst

Role Overview

As a Financial Analyst, you’ll manage merchant processing support, insurance reporting, and store operations, impacting beauty by ensuring efficient treasury operations and accurate cash flow visibility.

What You Will Do

Support payment processing operations, report and analyze processing fees, assist with sales reconciliation, work with armored car couriers, support stores’ cash management procedures, complete insurance premium reporting, and participate in banking operations.

Requirements

• Corporate Treasury, Finance and Accounting background required
• Experience with treasury and planning systems such as Kyriba, Anaplan, and Excel
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
• Strong critical thinking skills paired with a strategic vision to drive results across multiple priorities
• Demonstrated ability to be agile, manage ambiguity, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Clear, concise, and effective communication skills to collaborate respectfully with business partners and team members
