Role Overview

As Marketing Manager, Email & MarTech, you’ll be the strategic force behind cutting-edge email campaigns and marketing technology innovation that connects millions of clients to the beauty they love. What You Will Do

Own the strategy, execution, and optimization of complex email campaigns supporting Makeup, Loyalty, and value programs. Build strong cross-functional relationships to provide email strategy, channel best practices, and performance-based recommendations.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in email and digital marketing, retail preferred
• 3+ years of strong understanding of email best practices, including segmentation and personalization
• Proven ability to manage multiple high-visibility programs in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Strong strategic and analytical skills, with experience using reporting tools to drive action
• High attention to detail with excellent organizational and project management capabilities
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
