Business Development Manager

Role Overview

The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving strategic growth within the dairy, cheese, whey, and liquid food processing markets. This role focuses on developing new business opportunities, strengthening customer relationships, and positioning the company as a trusted partner for process systems and equipment solutions.

What You Will Do

Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities, build and execute strategic business development plans, develop relationships with key decision-makers, and represent the company at industry trade shows and conferences.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related technical field

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Effective organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
