Role Overview

SERHANT. is seeking a Strategic Growth Manager to specialize in sourcing and selecting top-performing real estate agents. This role involves identifying, attracting, and onboarding talented agents to expand the team’s presence in Florida. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of the local real estate market.

What You Will Do

Develop and execute recruiting strategies to drive market growth, identify and recruit top-producing agents and teams, and build a pipeline of prospective recruits. Analyze market trends, maintain relationships with agents and industry partners, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a best-in-class recruiting experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Real Estate, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
• Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent Recruiter, specializing in sourcing and selecting professionals and meeting/exceeding goals – required
• Deep knowledge of the real estate market, including key neighborhoods, property types, and market dynamics
• Excellent understanding of real estate agent qualifications, licensing requirements, and industry-specific skills
• Strong networking skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with real estate agents and industry stakeholders
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with candidates at all levels
• Microsoft Office and Outlook
• Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and integrity
• Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
• A positive attitude, adaptability, and resilience in a competitive and fast-paced environment
• Ability and willingness to work in a hybrid capacity, including attending on-site visits, in-person recruiting and networking meetings, and other in-person events as required
