Strategic Growth Manager (NorCal)

Role Overview

SERHANT. is the most followed real estate brand in the world, seeking a Strategic Growth Manager to specialize in sourcing and selecting top-performing real estate agents. This role plays a crucial part in identifying, attracting, and onboarding talented agents to expand the team’s presence in Northern California.

What You Will Do

Develop and execute recruiting strategies for sustained market growth, identify and recruit top-producing agents and luxury specialists, build and maintain an executive-level pipeline of prospective recruits, and create personalized recruiting strategies. Analyze local market trends and competitive intelligence, partner with brokerage leadership, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Learning & Development to deliver a best-in-class recruiting experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Real Estate, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent Recruiter, specializing in sourcing and selecting professionals and meeting/exceeding goals
  • Deep knowledge of the real estate market, including key neighborhoods, property types, and market dynamics
  • Excellent understanding of real estate agent qualifications, licensing requirements, and industry-specific skills
  • Strong networking skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with real estate agents and industry stakeholders
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with candidates at all levels
  • Microsoft Office and Outlook
  • Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and integrity
  • Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
  • A positive attitude, adaptability, and resilience in a competitive and fast-paced environment
  • Ability and willingness to work in a hybrid capacity, including attending on-site visits, in-person recruiting and networking meetings, and other in-person events as required
