Role Overview
Develops a well-trained sales staff that meets or exceeds all sales quotas, increases market share and customer base within established budgetary levels while maintaining the highest ethical standards and observing Company policies and procedures.
What You Will Do
Meet and exceed established location sales quotas, ensure sales staff utilize methods as set forth in training manuals, provide initial and ongoing sales instruction, manage sales staff, develop marketing programs, analyze competitor pricing, and participate in community events.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate has sales experience, preferably as a sales counselor and sales supervisor, with the ability to present, train, coach, and motivate salespeople and sales forces.
Requirements
- High school or equivalent
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Sales experience not required, but preferred
- Valid state/province driver’s license with good driving record
- Insurance license as required by state/province law and as prescribed by each state board
- Working knowledge of Windows-based PC environment and MS office applications
- Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management systems a plus
