Role Overview
Develops a well-trained sales staff that meets or exceeds all sales quotas, increases market share and customer base within established budgetary levels while maintaining the highest ethical standards and observing Company policies and procedures.
What You Will Do
Meet and exceed established location sales quotas, provide initial and ongoing sales instruction, manage sales counselors, develop marketing programs, analyze competitor pricing, and maintain all sales supplies.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Requires a sales experience, sales counselor and sales supervisory experience, and licenses such as a valid state/province driver’s license and insurance license. Must have working knowledge of Windows-based PC environment and MS office applications, and ability to maintain confidentiality and work beyond standard business hours.
Requirements
- High school or equivalent
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Sales experience not required
- Sales Counselor and sales supervisory experience preferred
- Valid state/province driver’s license with good driving record
- Insurance license as required by state/province law and as prescribed by each state board
