Role Overview
The Sales Manager develops a well-trained sales staff to meet or exceed sales quotas, increase market share, and maintain high ethical standards. They lead the sales team, manage sales counselors, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include staff management, leadership, and sales instruction. The Sales Manager will develop marketing programs, analyze competitor pricing, and participate in community events. They will also review pre-need contracts, approve discounts, and prepare financial reports.

Requirements
- High school or equivalent
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Sales experience required
- Sales Counselor and sales supervisory experience preferred
- Valid state/province driver’s license with good driving record
- Insurance license as required by state/province law and as prescribed by each state board
