Role Overview
Develops a well-trained sales staff to meet or exceed sales quotas, increases market share and customer base within established budgetary levels while maintaining the highest ethical standards.
What You Will Do
Manage sales staff, meet sales quotas, develop marketing programs, analyze competitor pricing, plan community events, review pre-need contracts, approve discounts, prepare reports, maintain marketing materials, and ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Requires experience in funeral and cemetery sales management, presentation, training, coaching, and motivating salespeople. Must have a working knowledge of Windows-based PC environment and MS office applications.
Requirements
- High school or equivalent
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 3-5 years of funeral and cemetery sales management experience
- Valid state/province driver’s license with good driving record
- Insurance license as required by state/province law and as prescribed by each state board
