Sales Professional – Inside Sales

Role Overview

The Sales Professional – Inside Sales will provide exemplary customer service to the Hispana Community, selling cemetery property and products, as well as pre-need funeral and cemetery arrangements. The role requires connecting with families, presenting electronic presentations, and discussing options with customers. The Sales Professional will also follow up with families as arrangements progress, collaborate with funeral and cemetery teams, and take initiative to resolve customer concerns.

What You Will Do

The main day-to-day responsibilities include connecting with families, presenting electronic presentations, discussing options with customers, following up with families, collaborating with funeral and cemetery teams, and resolving customer concerns. The Sales Professional will also review warm leads, place outgoing calls, and maintain leads in SalesForce.com database.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• College coursework at the sophomore level preferred
• Current state issued driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
• Life Insurance License
• At least 1 year customer service or direct sales work experience
• Bilingual in Spanish and English
• Computer skills
• Professional verbal communication skills
• Willingness to work in the death industry
