Sales Professional – Inside Sales

Role Overview

The Sales Professional – Inside Sales will provide exemplary customer service to the Hispana Community, selling cemetery property and products, and pre-need funeral and cemetery arrangements. They will connect with families through listening and honest communication, developing an understanding of each family’s unique needs, culture, and concerns.

What You Will Do

The Sales Professional – Inside Sales will present electronic presentations to customers, explain services and products, and drive company vehicles to show customers available cemetery plots or columbarium niches. They will discuss options with customers, answer their questions, and assist with making selections. They will also follow up with families as arrangements progress, address issues or changes, and resolve customer concerns.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• College coursework at the sophomore level preferred
• Current state issued driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
• Life Insurance License
• At least 1 year customer service or direct sales work experience
• Bilingual in Spanish and English
• Computer skills
• Professional verbal communication skills
• Willingness to work in the death industry
• Positive attitude and drive to continually advance understanding of the industry and business
• High self-motivation
• Ability to build professional and trusting business relations
• Cognitive ability including reasoning, planning, identifying problems, comprehending ideas, learning quickly, and learning from experience
