Director, FinOps – Private Cloud Capacity

Role Overview

The Director, FinOps – Private Cloud Capacity will lead strategic initiatives focused on data center migration and decommissioning, private cloud capacity optimization, supply chain transformation, and automation of infrastructure financial operations.

What You Will Do

The ideal candidate will partner across Capacity Engineering, Data Center Operations, Finance, Accounting, Procurement, and AI Engineering teams to optimize capital utilization, accelerate data center consolidation programs, improve infrastructure lifecycle management, and automate core financial processes.

Requirements

• 15 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, Computer Science, Business, or related field; or 12 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD with 8 years experience; or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of experience in one or more of the following: FinOps, Cloud economics, Capacity planning, Data center operations, Supply chain management, Infrastructure finance
• Experience managing large-scale infrastructure programs involving: Data center capacity, Server lifecycle management, Hardware procurement, Capital expenditure planning
• Strong understanding of: Asset depreciation, Infrastructure accounting, Financial planning and analysis, Capital investment management
