Sales Operations Manager (Armis)

Role Overview

As a Sales Operations Manager, you will optimize sales processes and efficiency, master sales forecasting and analytics, lead territory and quota planning, champion data hygiene and governance, enable and empower sales teams, and drive regional growth and collaboration. You will work closely with international account teams to map account plans, identify expansion opportunities, and align cross-functional resources to drive enterprise revenue. You will be part of a fast-paced, evolving scale-up environment where technology and talent are unstoppable together.

What You Will Do

Your main day-to-day responsibilities will include identifying systemic bottlenecks and collaborating with BI and Tech Systems teams to design, test, and implement scalable, automated solutions. You will manage the end-to-end sales forecasting cadences, translate pipeline metrics and raw sales data into strategic, data-driven insights and executive-ready presentations for leadership. You will also partner closely with the Regional Leader to execute annual planning, including territory allocations, quota distribution calculations, and capacity modeling.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in a Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, or Revenue Operations role
  • Advanced proficiency in modern CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and BI tools
  • Strong command of spreadsheet modeling, complex data sets, and dashboard creation
  • Demonstrated ability to dissect complex problems, prioritize multiple high-impact projects, and transform raw numbers into actionable commercial strategies
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and present confidently to senior sales leadership
