Role Overview
Servpro of Henderson, Webster, Union, McLean, and Crittenden Counties is hiring a Business Development Representative to increase brand awareness and share the SERVPRO story. The representative will oversee the client database, frequent partner visits, and maintain an active presence at local and regional associations and trade show events.
What You Will Do
The Business Development Representative will be responsible for making a difference every day by increasing brand awareness and sharing the SERVPRO story. This will be done by overseeing the client database, frequent partner visits, maintaining an active presence at local and regional associations and trade show events.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business or equivalent experience preferred
- A minimum of two years of direct sales experience
- Strong process and results-driven attitude
- Experience in the cleaning, restoration, or insurance industry is preferred
- Proven track record with within the service sector
- Strong business and financial background and process-and-results-driven attitude
- Working knowledge of current business software technologies
- Experience in the commercial cleaning and restoration or insurance industry is preferred
- Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
