Sales & Marketing Manager

Role Overview

The Sales & Marketing Manager is responsible for driving marketing campaigns, overseeing the client database, and maintaining an active presence at local and regional associations and trade show events. You will be responsible for growing business profit and revenue and developing long-standing business relationships.

Key responsibilities include understanding competitive advantages, preparing a business development plan, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing marketing initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business or equivalent experience preferred
• A minimum of five years of direct sales experience
• At least one year of management experience
• Experience in building a strong team with tangible leadership skills
• Strong process and results driven attitude
• Experience in the cleaning, restoration, or insurance industry is preferred
