Role Overview
The Revenue-Producing Manager is responsible for leading the service department to achieve revenue, profitability, and sales performance goals while coaching and developing technicians into high-performing sales professionals. This role combines hands-on sales leadership with operational management, requiring active field support, real-time sales coaching, financial oversight, and accountability for departmental performance.
What You Will Do
Provide real-time turnover support to technicians on high-value sales opportunities, maintain an overall department closing rate above 80%, and increase average revenue ticket to $2,000 or higher.

Requirements
- Previous leadership experience managing service, sales, or field teams
