Role Overview
This is a 1099, contract sales position responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and closing new accounts for RTS International within the region. An ideal candidate will be self-motivated with an outgoing, ambitious, and dynamic sales personality.
What You Will Do
Develop new international business opportunities, present and explain complex financial products, build and maintain customer relationships, manage a pipeline to achieve monthly sales goals, and negotiate spreads.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years of business development experience
- Experience in the financial sector or selling services to manufacturers a plus
- Native Hindi, Marathi, and/or Urdu proficiency and English business proficiency required
