Role Overview

The Business Development Representative will work closely with sales teams to set up new business and ensure successful onboarding, build and maintain strong relationships, and analyze client accounts to identify growth opportunities. The role requires strong communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and have a dynamic personality.

The main responsibilities include working with sales teams, building relationships, analyzing client accounts, delivering requests and solutions, communicating with clients, participating in strategic planning, and assisting with product marketing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
  • 2+ years of customer service or account management experience
  • Excellent computer skills (Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite)
  • Highly organized with the ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Critical thinking and negotiation skills
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal
