Commissions Analyst

Role Overview

Shamrock Trading Corporation is seeking a Commissions Analyst to work cross-functionally with leaders in Sales, Finance, HR, and Accounting. The primary responsibility will be to ensure variable compensation for our quota-bearing employees and external agents is distributed with accuracy, transparency, and on schedule.

What You Will Do

The Commissions Analyst will be responsible for understanding commission structures and calculations, preparing and reviewing commission reports, developing financial reporting/analysis, researching and responding to commission-related variances, and leveraging information technology to enhance data analysis.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, 2+ years of experience as a financial analyst, sales analyst, or commission analyst, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Products, especially Microsoft Excel.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 2+ years of experience as a financial analyst, sales analyst, sales operations support or commission analyst role
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Products, especially Microsoft Excel
• Prior experience using Salesforce strongly preferred
