Role Overview
The Senior Commissions Analyst will work cross-functionally with leaders in Sales, Finance, HR, and Accounting to ensure variable compensation for quota-bearing employees and external agents is distributed accurately, transparently, and on schedule.
What You Will Do
The primary responsibilities include processing payments accurately and timely for multiple business units, preparing and reviewing commission reports, and researching and responding to commission-related variances.

The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of sales compensation concepts, experience supporting a sales organization, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Products, especially Microsoft Excel.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance preferred (or related areas)
- 5+ years of experience as a financial analyst, sales analyst, sales operations support or commission analyst role
- Experience supporting a sales organization, including working with multiple currencies and FX Rates
- Comprehensive understanding of sales compensation concepts, including quotas, attainment, rates, draws, splits and claw backs
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Products, especially Microsoft Excel
- Hands-on experience using Salesforce strongly preferred but not required
- High energy and ability to multi-task
- Exceptional analytical skills and attention-to-detail
- Strong auditing skills to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Ability to solve complex problems
- Demonstrated capacity to handle and maintain confidential information
- Thrives in a high volume, fast-paced environment
- Effectively prioritize tasks and manages time efficiently
