Assistant Director of Marketing Communications / Marketing Communications Manager

Role Overview

Develop and implement the hotel’s communication strategies to enhance its brand reputation and visibility. Work closely with the Communication team to create engaging content for various channels.

What You Will Do

Manage media relations, brand collaborations, partnership, and coordinate promotional events to attract new guests and retain existing ones.

Requirements

  • Degree in Mass Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Public Relations or Marketing Communications, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Strong communication, project management, and organizational skills.
  • Creative, proactive, and able to generate innovative ideas.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with strong planning and execution skills.
  • Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills.
  • Positive attitude and ability to serve as a role model for others.
  • Articulate, well-groomed, and professional in appearance.
