Role Overview
As Finance Manager, FP&A – Commercial, you will lead the financial support for investments backing the businesses closest to our customers: Direct to Consumer, Social Commerce, and Customer Service. You will be a key player in delivering a growing customer base and turning them into lifelong SharkNinja fans.
What You Will Do
You will serve as the Finance partner to leaders across Direct to Consumer, Social Commerce, and Customer Service, explaining what is moving in the cost structure and recommending what to do about it. You will also own the forecast cycle and reviews for your channels, from first draft to final sign-off.

Requirements
- 5–7 years of FP&A or finance experience, including business partnering and variance analysis
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field
- Experience in consumer products, retail, e-commerce, or digital channels
- Strong grasp of unit economics and channel performance, including margin, cost, and promotional effects
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling, with experience in visualization tools, ERP systems, and data management tools
- Hands-on AI fluency: you use AI tools in your own workflow and can show what you built with them
- Clear written and verbal communication with senior audiences
