The Senior Director, Strategic Growth Initiatives & Transformation is a highly influential individual contributor responsible for driving the global execution of SharkNinja’s highest-priority growth initiatives. Partners across the enterprise to bring global strategic growth opportunities to life through disciplined execution, cross-functional leadership, and organizational alignment.

What You Will Do

Lead execution of SharkNinja’s highest-priority growth initiatives, ensuring successful delivery of measurable business outcomes. Drive initiatives focused on geographic expansion, new market entry, channel expansion, direct-to-consumer growth, social commerce, and other strategic commercial opportunities.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in strategy execution, business operations, consulting, program leadership, commercial execution, or related disciplines
• Proven track record leading complex cross-functional initiatives that deliver measurable business results
• Experience executing market expansion, channel expansion, commercialization, or enterprise growth initiatives
• Demonstrated experience leading AI-enabled initiatives, including evaluating, implementing, and driving adoption of solutions that create measurable business value and operational impact
• Experience working with executive leaders and influencing decisions across complex matrix organizations
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently, both domestically and internationally
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
