Trade Marketing Manager – Germany

SharkNinja is seeking a Trade Marketing Manager to implement and execute the channel-specific Trade and Shopper Marketing strategy across Germany, with a focus on the Shark and Shark Beauty categories.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
• Minimum 4+ years of professional experience in Trade Marketing, Shopper Marketing, or a comparable commercial marketing role.
• Proven experience in Consumer Electronics and/or FMCG environments is required.
• Strong understanding of retail environments and shopper behavior.
• Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative and commercially effective activation concepts.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and international organization.
• Strong collaboration skills and understanding of global structures, roles, and cross-functional teamwork.
• Willingness to travel within Central Europe.
