Marketing Manager

Role Overview

The Marketing Manager is responsible for supervising and coordinating the marketing efforts for the Shea Homes Houston Division. The primary responsibility of the Marketing Manager is to effectively deploy marketing programs in Houston through work with the marketing agency and our various partners.

What You Will Do

Develop and implement marketing plans, manage marketing budgets, and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing programs. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and promote relationships with realtors in Houston.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of previous marketing experience in new home sales, knowledge of the home building and real estate industries, and experience with social media and other online marketing.

• Strong project management experience
