Role Overview
The FP&A Manager serves as a strategic finance partner responsible for delivering insights, analysis, and recommendations that drive business performance and support high-quality decision-making.
What You Will Do
Develop and deliver meaningful financial and operational reporting, dashboards, KPIs, and performance scorecards. Analyze business performance and provide actionable insights to improve revenue, profitability, cash flow, and operational efficiency.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field
- MBA, CPA, CFA, or other relevant professional qualification preferred
- Approximately 10 years of progressive experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, Commercial Finance, or Business Performance Management roles
- Demonstrated experience supporting senior leaders and influencing business decisions
- Strong financial modeling, valuation, forecasting, and business case development skills
- Experience with financial planning systems, business intelligence tools, and advanced Excel capabilities
- Proven success driving business performance improvements, process efficiency, and automation initiatives
