Growth Marketing Manager

Role Overview

The Growth Marketing Manager owns the strategy and performance of multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive partner acquisition, product adoption, and license growth. This role operates within assigned squads and partners closely with Squad Leads, as well as channel and content experts, to deliver cohesive, high-impact campaigns.

What You Will Do

Translate business priorities into clear campaign direction, define how campaigns show up across channels, and work with cross-functional teams to bring them to market.

Requirements

• 2 to 5 years of experience in B2B growth marketing or demand generation
• Experience developing and managing multi-channel campaigns from planning to performance analysis
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including email, paid media, webinars and ABM
• Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally
