Role Overview
The Senior FP&A Analyst / Finance Business Partner will coordinate and enhance Group planning and forecasting processes, acting as a trusted finance business partner to Human Resources and Pharma Operations functions.

The role involves translating complex financial and operational data into clear, actionable insights to help senior stakeholders make informed decisions, challenge business assumptions, and identify opportunities for value creation.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related discipline
- Approximately four to six years of experience in FP&A, business controlling, financial analysis, or a comparable role
- Strong understanding of financial planning, forecasting, performance management, and business-case development
- Solid financial-modelling skills and ability to turn complex data into practical insights and recommendations
- High proficiency in Excel and experience with analytical tools such as Power Query, Power Pivot, or similar solutions
- Experience with Pigment or another enterprise planning platform is an advantage
