Role Overview

The Regional CRM Manager will own the regional CRM strategy, drive execution, and define how to unlock growth through intelligent and personalized lifecycle engagement across 13 markets.

What You Will Do

The role involves designing and launching campaigns, building segmentation frameworks, optimizing flows, establishing CRM best practices, partnering with Product, Data, and Tech, leading regional performance reviews, mentoring junior marketers, and championing experimentation.
