Role Overview

As Shotgun grows, the CRM Admin will own B2B CRM’s day-to-day reliability, data quality, and workflow automation. The role requires a strong quantitative major, attention to detail, and analytical skills. The job involves collaborating with the Revenue Operations Team, Sales reps, Event Marketing Team, and Ops relays abroad.

Requirements

• Graduating from an Engineering, Business School or University with a strong quantitative major
• 1-2 year(s) apprenticeship in Paris / Marseille
• 6 months internship in a startup / scale-up environment
• Extreme rigor / attention to detail on data
• Analytical skills
• Proactive, organized, and able to work autonomously
• Service mindset
• Fluent in French, strong English, and Portuguese is a plus
• Eligible to work in France
