Role Overview

Join SI-BONE as a Senior Manager, Total Rewards & People Operations to shape and execute compensation and benefits strategies, ensuring compliance and driving the attraction and retention of top-tier talent.

What You Will Do

Develop and execute a comprehensive total rewards strategy, design and administer competitive compensation programs, and oversee the day-to-day administration of all employee benefits programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 8 years’ experience in Compensation and Benefits
• Proven strategic thinking and experience in designing and executing compensation and benefits strategies aligned with organizational goals
• Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to translate data insights and create meaningful, understandable models, reports, metrics and recommendations to stakeholders
• Advanced Excel skills (e.g., vlookups, macros, scripts) and experience with analytics visualization (PowerBI, Tableau, etc)
• Proven experience in HRIS management (ADP preferred)
• Sound knowledge of regulations governing benefit plans and compensation administration, including ERISA, HIPAA, Section 125, and other applicable IRS codes
