As a Manager of Partner Success, you will directly manage a team and serve as the primary account owner and strategic relationship lead for a portfolio of Side’s Real Estate partners. You will work closely with partners to drive partner performance, operational excellence, retention, and thoughtful expansion through strong, trust-based relationships.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in strategic account management, operations, consulting, business management, or business ownership
- Residential real estate experience required, with strong understanding of brokerage operations
- Proven ability to build credibility and influence senior stakeholders
- Prior people leadership experience, including managing, coaching, and developing high performing customer facing teams
- Strong operational and financial acumen, including familiarity with brokerage or team P and Ls
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem solving skills
- Comfortable working independently in a fast paced, evolving environment
- Relationship driven, service oriented, and community minded
